10月28日午後－29日全日に、アムステルダム大学のDanielle van den Heuvelさんを共同主催者に迎え、" Gender, Space and the City in Global History" と題した国際シンポジウムを開催します。 ジェンダーを視点に、近世期から20世紀までの都市空間の歴史的形成を横断的に比較しようとする研究会です。 GHCを通してEHESSの研究者も来日し、都市史学会や東京大学の伊藤毅先生の建築史研究室の方々の協力も得て、様々な歴史分野の研究者が議論することを目指します。
